1. Acceptance
By using ClearCut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Free Tier
Free accounts receive 5 background removals per month at no charge. Free usage is subject to availability and may include advertisements. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with notice.
3. Paid Plans
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- You may cancel at any time — no refund for partial periods
- Credits do not roll over to the next billing period
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use ClearCut to:
- Process images you don't have rights to
- Process illegal content (CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, etc.)
- Circumvent usage limits through automated means
- Resell access to our service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and the processed results. ClearCut makes no claim to your content. We grant you a license to use our software and API outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
6. Disclaimer
ClearCut is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all images. Results may vary depending on image complexity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
